The following terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the Client and Us Scottsdale Airport Sedan Service . Accessing of our services and/or undertaking of a booking or agreement indicate your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.

Vehicle Usage

  • For Sedans – 3 passengers and 3 luggage, 3 carry on bags.
  • For SUVs, Vans and Stretch Limos – up to 6 to 7 passengers, 6 to 7 luggage, and 6 to 7 carry on bags.
  • Each vehicle is booked as a separate reservation.
  • We do not take any responsibility for the items left in our vehicles. Please call our driver immediately, if you believe you have left any of your belongings or items in the vehicle upon exit. We will work hard to find and return your missing items. Please check to see that your belongings are with you before you leave the vehicle.

Fees and Payment

  • We require your credit card information to hold and secure your reservations.
  • If you have a curbside pick up reservation, please call your driver when you arrive at the airport.
  • A 5% processing fee will be added to the total cost when paying by credit card. You have an option to pay in cash for our services.
  • Waiting time and extra stops en route are charged at $50 per hour. Grace period is 10 minutes.
  • Additional gratuity provided to the driver is at your discretion.
  • Hourly trips are billed from pick up time to drop off time.
  • Sedans are billed at a minimum of 2 hours regardless of use (applies only to in-town charter service).
  • Rates are subject to changes without any prior notification

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation of reservation must be made by email at info@scottsdaleairportsedan.com no later than 24 hours.
  • A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card upon your cancellation of our service reservation.
  • Vans, Stretch Limousines and Buses require a 7-day cancellation notice in advance.
  • If you cancel the services less than the minimum requirement, you will be charged the full amount of the base fare including a 20% gratuity, a 5% processing fee and other applicable fees.
  • If you decide to leave and take another transportation service after you confirmed reservation with us, you will be charged the full amount of the base fare, plus 20% gratuity, 5% processing fee and other applicable fees.


  • You agree that there will be no smoking or consumption of illegal drugs in our vehicles. Drugs use is not tolerated under any circumstances. Drivers are authorized to terminate this agreement if there is a drugs use in the vehicles. No refunds will be made.
  • You are responsible for any damages incurred to our vehicles by any member of your party during the course of the service, either willfully or accidentally. Any damages to our vehicles can result in an extra charge of a minimum of $200, including loss or theft of property from the vehicle.
