» Reservations: Credit Card information will be required, when you make a reservation. Upon completion of services, you may elect to pay with cash or leave the charges on the credit card.

» Cancellations: We require a 2 Hours notice by calling or by email, to cancel your scheduled pickups, otherwise, you will be charges the whole fare minus the 20% Gratuity.

» No Shows: A No Show charges equal to the full rate of scheduled service may be charged, If a client fails to be at the scheduled pick up location within 15 minutes of scheduled time.

» Methods of Payment: We accepts American Express, Master Card, Visa and Cash only. We also offer a direct billing for Individual or Corporate Accounts. A 20% driver gratuity will be automatically added for all direct billing. A 5% processing fee will added for all credit card payment. Additional tips/gratuity given to the driver is at your discretion.

» Meet and Greet: There is a $25 additional charge for this service. Driver will meet you at the bottom escalator down or at the baggage claim area with your name on sign paper.

» Airport Rates: Fares to or from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport are determined by Postal/ Zip code.
Taxi Rates: Point to point taxi fares excludes Phoenix Airport are at $ 2.50/ mile. Wait time are at $40/hour.
