1. Are your rates per person or per car?

Unlike airport shuttle services, our rates are per car, per trip. The rate doesn't change and is not increased for any additional passengers.

 

2. Does your rate include the gratuity for the driver?

No, our rates are flat rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity service charge for the driver.

 

3. What kind of cars do you drive?

All of our cars are 2001 - 2003 Full Size Luxury Lincoln Town Car Sedans that can carry up to 4 people.

 

4. When will you charge my credit card?

We do not charge your credit card until our job is done. Your credit card information is only used for a security deposit. We charge a 5% processing fee on credit card transactions.

 

5. Will I be charged for waiting at the airport?

No. There is no charge for waiting on airport service. Our dispatcher will check the flight status for delays or early arrivals.

 

6. What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid being charged on your credit card, you must cancel your reservation by email within 12 hours in advance or by phone within 3 hours before your scheduled pick up time. Otherwise the full fare including the 5 % processing fee will be charged to your credit card.

 

7. Where do I meet driver for curb side pickup service?

Please meet your driver at the following Blue Diamond Area
Terminal 2: center island curb, east end corner.
Terminal 3: door #4 for south side or door #5 for north side.
Terminal 4: across door #3 at the center island curb for north side or door #2 at the south curb.
